Problems with soundmodem....

I have these problems with soundmodem:
1) if i compile soundmodem and soundcard as modules, when i insert manually to sound modules all is ok, after i insert the soundmodem modules and it gives me an oops.... I'll send it later (p.s. It is not only soundmodem that gives me an oop
oops after inserting sound.o, for ex. pi2 baycom and some other),,,,
2) If i compile sound in the kernel and soundmodem as module, when inserting
the sm module it gives me this error:

P.S.: i'm using a 2.1.24 with ax25-2.1.23-1 patch by g4klx..., and 2.1.17 alpha
as utils...
