Speaking for my opinion, I have tried the 2.1.x kernels without
much luck. They have nice features that I would like to experiment
with, but for something stable and proven, I'll wait utill it's
incorperated in the stable 2.0.x series.

I would like to experiment with soundcard modems, but haven't been
able to compile it succesfully under 2.1.x.

That's my two cennts.
