What I have to add is not about listen, but callsign
corruption in transmission. On the high speed port pi0a, I have
a TAPR 9600 modem and only one 9600 partner, Milt K9ATR.
He is not on the air much, but gets bent out of shape because
I'm calling him R9ATR and ]9ATR in addition to K9ATR. For
some time I thought the trouble was on his end with
Tnos and Linux, but now I am able to monitor both my 1200 and 9600
channels (not at the same time ) on a second computer with the
soundmodem.
I include a sample from over the air out of pi0a.

I have not had any similar complaints on the pi0b port.
