Well the first question i rather think is yes. I think what you mean is when
2 people are logged on to your system how do they use another port(tnc).
Read man axparms the part about axassociate, then use axparms -assoc to give
other telnet users an axcallsign. Then an incomming telnet caller can use
the call program. Hum! having said this, call can only be used by one connect
per port per time.
Another way is to use the node program either for incoming telnets and/or
ax25 connects, then they can use anyting "you" define in /etc/ax25/node/conf
and node.perms.
There is a README in the ax25-utils/node, Dir, it will give you an idea of
what you need to configure.
As to packet/internet i rather think that has VERY different regulations in
every Country. I am quite sure somone else will be able to give you a more
detailed expanation.
