Listen has a problem

Listen has a problem where except for the first packet received, every
single packet afterwards has an invalid destination callsign. This is
repeatable for every time I run listen.

It does not occur with 2.1.3, even using the same tools.

Also, we've got those damn socket destroy delayed messages back again; The
fun of alpha code...
