There is a 'virtual inetd' available. On my internet machine I allow normal
telnet connects on the machine's ethernet port 23, and connects to the NODE
program on the ampr.org port 23. This works exceedingly well. Even if you
only have one physical port, you can conjure up alias ports :-)
