Looking at both utils-2.1.9a and 2.1.9b i see that nothing has changed in the
order of which file gets included first. I also experianced the same problem.
Jim what you can do is get ax25-utils-2.1.9b i can assure you it will
compile ok, and it has a lot of clean ups in it, and will solve (or at least
should), all the problems.
