You ought to consider using sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/apps/ham instead.
It is better managed and better mirrored. Its quite a hassle
trying to track down your versions, they seem to disappear into
all sorts of holes on ftp.ucsd.edu. I couldn't locate 2.4a on
ftp.ucsd.edu when I was looking for it the other day.
In the latest HOWTO (due to be put up at sunsite in the next couple
of days) I point people there and also at the sites you have in your
.lsm file.
