Hello Everyone,
I recently had a crash on my e-mail computer and have lost a lot of the
FBB notes I had, but anyway I posted a request for help regarding my
FBBDos 7.00i system locking up or freezing and I got a few reply's,
which I tired and they did not solve my problem. I have tried many
things to solve it, seems like the system will run for about 12 or
sometimes 24 hrs and then freeze. I really don't thing it is anything on
my end/system, because it seem to all start when I started forwarding
out of state to a partner in
West Va. He is using MSYS on his end, and we are forwarding through a
telnet gateway, however we both have to connect to another station via
RF first, then start the telnet session. I just did a test last night
which involved this: I started up my FBB system as usual, then I turned
off the radio and tnc so no activity could happen except on my end. Well
the system ran with out any problems for 24 hrs at least. I have tried
everything and don't know what else to try. I have ask my forward
partner to stop forwarding to me for a few days so I can see if it's
something in the forwarding that' causing it.
Any other suggestions I would be most grateful for.
