Hello Phillip, I agree with your reasoning but remember that every
single msg that goes thru a bbs will update a WP File in a bbs.
If this was not true where would you get a WP Update to send?
The information has to come from somewhere to start with and
remember that every bbs that has passed a msg to you has the
same information already also.
It is not necessary for every bbs in the world to have all the addresses.
Msgs are sent to other countries by the country designator setup
in your forwarding files.
New addresses will be passed on to every bbs a msg passes thru as
it goes toward it's intended recepient.
