Excessive length of an R-line is not causing truncated BID numbers, so there
is no need to shorten it just for that reason.
The BID number is embedded in the message and is not lost if it does not
appear on the header line.
I have - for test purposes - removed everything on the header line and not
experienced any problems with sending/receiving/forwarding.
In practical terms, for DOS users, this means an empty line in INIT_x.SRV
where it used to say "[$c] $$:$R FBB$E".
