If my DFBB 7.00g system is forwarding to "K5ABC" and I use the F3
function key to force a channel disconnect the "K5ABC" BBS is, in fact,
disconnected from the active session however it remains "connected" in
some fashion as far as the sofware is concerned. Subsequent forced
forward session or regular automatic forward session will not connect to
that station because "It is already connected"... In order to regain
forwarding with that station I have to shut down the BBS and restart.
This happened to me in 5.15C and earlier versions of DFBB 7.00 but the
flag that made the software think the BBS was connected would somehow be
cleared during the next normal forwarding cycle. Now the BBS just stays
"tagged" as "connected" and is not reachable without a restart...
