Just to clear up one thing.....I am not using the ESSs driver...thought I'd
put the
thing in about the ESS 1.08 vs the ESS 1.11 just in case there was a
connection.
One FBB user suggested to another ham who is having a similar problem with
BPQ
and DRSI cards to delete a file put in by the setup program called INITTNC2
from
the SYSTEMS directory. That guy is using WINFBB 7.00b but the DOS Setup may
have done the same thing. Unfortunately I had to leave home after I installed
DOS
7.00b on business. I will call my wife tonight and have her check to see if
this might
be the problem. I will update my findings as soon as I find out.
