I followed the instructions in this email and everything seems to work fine
except for vacuum. Your instructions said to delete it. When I untarred the
403 file, it didn't appear to replace. db_maint batch says that it thinks
it is already running (even after a reboot). Did I do something wrong? How
can I fix this?
