The command to trim down the dx_data to the last 90 days is like this:
$ psql clx_db -c "delete from dx_data where dx_dati<timemi('now','@90 days')"
This command is empedded in the upcoming CLX release of the db_maint tool.
Currently you must still do it by hand.
> Or must I just delete it and start over?
Well, here is where the bonus from a database system comes in. Very
comfortable functions allowing you to do must anything using a simple
language.
