Is there a way to lock out or turn off ANN/FULLs completely or
from certain zones? If not, would it be possible to include something
in the next version of clx like the "nodxdedx" command that would do the
same thing for ANN/FULLs? There seems to be a growing trend of using the
network like a chat room. We all need help from time to time, but it's
become a constant barrage of questions about QSL managers, addresses, DX
ops, weather reports, etc., and a bit of personal sniping that so far
has stayed at the civil level. Many/most of these exchanges SHOULD be
sent as direct TALKs to the other station, but for understandable reasons,
the TALKs don't go through.
