CLX 4.02 running on RH 4.2 did not crash during CQ WW. It did have some
spots that were an hour or more old. I need to work on that filter that
takes out old spots. I am linked to PA3GOJ.

More or less good news at this side: CLX survived the CQWW at OT8L M/S
station !

CLX 4.02 was running at ON1AFN from friday morning 09.00 UTC until the
end of the contest
with a active link to PA3GOJ-8 and 6 users connected via telnet
(ethernet network)

I noticed the following problems:
- user queries (sh/dx, sh/c, sh/cluster) often took a very long time to
be processed
sometimes one had to wait almost 1 minute to get results, although
spots were coming through.

- I had one major crash on Sunday afternoon (PA3GOJ had the same crash
on Sunday but
not at the same time)
com_ctl crashed with the following error:
/usr/src/rembrandt/......./std/bastring.cc:125: class basic_string
....... Assertion '!(pos2 > len2)' failed

it looks like some sort of pointer problem...
I don't have the complete error message (I had to write it down) but
PA3GOJ, Willem has.

I haven't looked at the amount of spots in the database...
