Callbook server back up

The distributed callbook server at blues.oh7rba.ampr.org /
blues.hes.iki.fi port 1235 is back running. It queries Finnish and
Canadian callsigns from a local database, US callsigns from the UALR
server (which gets the data from the FCC FTP server every night), and
international callsign from www.qrz.com's search feature. Should be pretty
up-to-date, when compared to most callbook servers running off a QRZ
CD-ROM or something.

I gather there's a client for this finger-like "database interface" in
CLX. LinuxNode does it too.
