This is easy. You have to type IP number at "Host name" and port number in
"Port", and not everything in "Host name". Fair simple.

In this way you invoke telnet as if you write from DOS prompt
telnet 206.48.106.72 3602
and that way it must work, because you are calling telnet program with two
parameters, first IP number and second the port number. When you start
telnet from shortcut, then you have to enter IP number and port
separately, as prompted by telnet program.
