Ben I saw a message on the list server archive regarding the pc50 messages.
If a -ext protocole is defined to a remote node the PC50 messages will act differently. For example I have a -ext connection to w9ja if I send him a pc 50
this is what is actually transmitted.

PC50^WU3V^437^

The next node that he connects to will receive the following PC50

PC50^WU3V^127^H99^

Note the hop counter and the user count changes to 127, that was a bug in the original pavillion software code. MAybe this is the cause of some of the strange PC50 messages we are seeing out of the EU nodes?

I would like to be able to replace my dos machine with clx here but I would need to have some more control of the software paramteres before I can do that.
I would need to be able to set different hop counts to each node and I would also
need to be able to have an alias call for node calls, among a few other small enhancements. 73 and have a good day
