I looked into my own installation and I found there are two more fields
in the ml_dir table:
d_name |d_flag
--------+------
batch | 0
info | 3
bulletin| 0
mail | 1
iclb | 1
When I left you this afternoon (your morning), there were only three.
Please use mk_th on the missing fields (I cannot remember which ones
are missing) like this:
$ mk_th batch 0
$ mk_th bulletin 0
$ mk_th info 3
Regarding the SHOW/HEADING problem: this is really a bug in the program.
We have located it and it will be fixed soon.
