No I don't think there is a problem with the list, sometimes it takes
a little bit of time to start forwarding things.

Yes, there is an archive of the list. You may have a look on the newly
designed (by G0VGS) CLX Home Page at www.lurpac.lancs.ac.uk/g0vgs/clx.html
- there you will find all the required information.
Sorry about the Help file trouble. The solution lies in deleting the
files 'HELP' and 'help' in the ~/exec/command directory. I did not think
of this in the upgrade description. The new help command is
CLX internal but CLX first looks for external commands and it finds
the old stuff there. So just
$ rm -f ~/exec/command/help ~/exec/command/HELP ~/exec/command/h
