cdrom long filenames problem

Sorry - I know this is not a ham -related question....

I have made a master CD with all my AX25 & Ham stuff
that I want to use on my Linux system

As you know most of the filenames are in a typical unix format
so bigger than the (stupid) 8.3 format

If I use the CD on my NT4 workstation, I can see the dir's
in the correct format (long names)

But if I mount the CD on my Linux system: 8.3 format !!
(so all my ax25-utils-... look the same - sh*t !! )

It's probably a stupid question - but how can I mount my CD
to support long filenames under Linux ??
(it works in NT4)

I defined my cdrom (ATAPI IDE) as type iso9660 in fstab...
